A collaborative project New workspaces fitted out for SOCOTEC, a major player in risk prevention and number 1 in construction inspection in France.
We designed a place that reconciles the wishes of the patron: to modernise the premises and bring together previously dispersed teams. These imperatives have been translated into the walls of the two new SOCOTEC buildings, which accommodate a total of 650 employees in nearly 10,000 m², in work environments that reflect the identity of the company and with spaces intended to promote effective collaborative work. Established in their historic headquarters for nearly forty years, the SOCOTEC group found itself faced with the need to modernise their spaces, which were partitioned, hindering communication among employees. Our client therefore chose to create a modernised and more collaborative work environment in the two new premises selected.
- The head office, in the Mirabeau building in Guyancourt, will accommodate 450 employees in more than 7,000 m²
- The Ile-de-France operational teams were brought together in the Pacific Tower La Défense in a 2,800 m² space, 180 people previously based in different locations, now benefiting from multiple opportunities for collaboration.
In order to fit out the premises according to the company image, we selected industrial-style materials and decor, faithful to SOCOTEC’s new visual identity: the group affirming their brand identity and company values with premises aligned with their development objectives.
