At the completion of this one-year project, we realised 2,000 m² of Boulevard Voltaire in Paris’ 11th district for our client Lunii. There are now nearly 100 employees for 120 workstations able to meet together within the same independent building, shared on four levels.

As part of this project, we responded to our client’s challenge to create workspaces to accommodate their future employees, since Lunii plans to double their workforce by the end of 2022.

Another major challenge for this French company was to bring together their employees in a fully flexible-office work environment. Through the organisation of a series of workshops, Lunii employees had the opportunity to co-create their future workspaces with our teams.

We knew how to work with our client for an eco-responsible move, taking care to give a second life to their old furniture and using furniture made in France (Louis).

An additional key point, as a fundamental part of the company’s culture, the premises were specially equipped for the users to be able to sort their waste, produce their own compost, limit water consumption and grow their vegetable garden directly on the premises.

Finally, these new workspaces reflect Lunii’s identity: the universe of the imagination, as well as the company’s values around the well-being of their employees and the sustainable development of their brand.
