CDB worked with F Iniciativas (a finance consulting company) in the design and realisation of their new workspaces.
The main challenges for our client were to bring together their teams (dispersed in different buildings), to retain talent by reworking their employer brand and to switch to a flex-office layout. Our consulting teams implemented co-construction workshops to work with employees in change management with manager trainings. The reorganisation of the French headquarters in La Défense began in September 2016 for entry into the premises one year later. ‘The image of our premises is all the more important as we sell grey matter, and not physical products. Our premises present our identity to our clients. They are reassured about the seriousness of our company, and our project inspires them, to the point that many have considered the same at their home offices. These premises have contributed to the identity of the group,’ remarks François Le Jeune, president of F Iniciativas France.
