Analysis of scope of work and plans submitted, breakdown analysis of the lump-sum overall price (and drafting, if necessary), consultation of companies according to the different works concerned, analysis of tenders, drafting of the schedule of works, validation of technical datasheets, invoice tracking, according to progress, drafting of site reports, validation of the various phases of work.
