After six months of work, the employees of the Orange group were able to move into their new workspace in Annonay.

In collaboration with a project initiated by the Direction Immobilière Territoriale Sud-Est of d’Orange, we worked in the capacity of project management assistance and the concept design of the facilities.

In effect, these places function as a sort of ‘guesthouse’ where employees can exchange, collaborate and evolve at ease.To offer a true pied-à-terre to their highly mobile employees, Orange benefited from CDB’s expertise.

The goal was to have the offices adopt a ‘family home’ ambiance, materialised by a new workspace reflecting welcome and conviviality thanks to change management support carried out with and for the employees.

Sedentary or nomadic, employees find what they are looking for in this new workplace. In fact, there are many spaces with different ambitions. There are three open spaces, one of which is dedicated to teleconsultants (sedentary) and two occupied by teleworkers (nomadic). Also, individual or smaller offices are in place for support functions. Finally, there are confidentiality bubbles, a training room and a lounge including a ‘relaxation’ area and a large kitchen.Taking to heart their commitment to meet the needs of all their teams, Orange involved them from the outset of the project, in particular by means of workshops and discussion meetings, fluid and considerate, with Orange managers. This has allowed the establishment of a new workspace that brings together and corresponds to the working mode of each.
