Following their relocation, Andera Partners, a management company specialising in private equity, wanted to adapt their new Paris offices to their growth, the well-being of their employees and their brand.
As a result, we worked with our client from consultation to planning, from concept design to coordination of work, including furniture.
Our role was clear: to create modern, shared and user-friendly workspaces. Thus, noble, reassuring, quality materials were selected, such as wood and brass. In addition, green, the colour of the brand, was made a principal feature to connect and unite the different teams. As in the image of their brand, sober elegance was highlighted in their workspaces. In sum, our teams succeeded in their mission imbuing these 1,800 m² of Parisian offices with a warm atmosphere, with spaces developed in collaboration for sharing and exchange now at the disposition of the group’s employees.
