In this six-month project, we worked as general contractor: THEMIS, office building, property of the AG2R LA MONDIALE group.
We carried out the work and set-up of an inter-company restaurant of 850 m². Here our client’s key challenge was to offer a new quality service to their occupants. In this regard, an additional space was conceived: the mezzanine, which now contains two VIP rooms. As a whole, the added value of this space lies in its multifunctionality, also available for meetings and events: a major asset for future users of the office building! More than an inter-company restaurant, a real living space was designed and realised hand in hand with our partners: Interface Studio & Tiphaine BELLANGER (interior designer), ATYS Engineering (BET Fluides), DMOX (MOEX) and ORFEO Développement (AMO).
