Seppic, a subsidiary of the Air Liquide group in the healthcare sector, creates and markets a wide range of specialty ingredients for health and beauty. The head office of Seppic France is located in the Kléber building in La Garenne Colombes.
This building was chosen because it met the latest environmental certifications. CDB worked with Seppic in defining their needs and helping to choose a building as well as in the planning, design and realisation of their project.
In effect, an obsolete building on several levels, at La Défense, their objectives were multiple. In particular, they wanted to develop their employer brand by having their premises reflect their profession, while developing work modalities, including anticipating future staffing evolutions. Our project with Seppic resulted in a real evolution of their offices as well as their employer brand: with the total opening of workspaces, by the integration of many collaborative and dynamic spaces. Our teams worked with the employees throughout the project as part of this workspace transformation.
